A Hint of Coali: Tasting of 3 Valpolicella Reds in Sant'Ambrogio

Your experience at the Coali winery begins in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, where you will be welcomed by Marina or Silvia Savoia. They will guide you through the estate's philosophy and the unique character of its wine region.

The tasting takes place in a setting that adapts to the weather. On clear days, you'll sit among the vineyards, enjoying the landscape where the grapes are grown. In case of unsuitable weather, the tasting moves inside to the winery's historic stable or cellar, offering an equally authentic atmosphere.

You will taste three red wines from the current vintage: a Valpolicella Classico, a Valpolicella Superiore, and a Ripasso della Valpolicella. For a more complete experience, you can add an optional board of charcuterie and cheeses from the nearby Lessinia area, featuring local products like Monte Veronese cheese and salame.
