This red wine is both ancient and modern at the same time: low in alcohol, fresh, and full of character.
Join Adriano for a unique experience that begins with a walk through the organic vineyards, followed by a short visit to the cellar and ending with a guided tasting of two signature wines: Gamba di Pernice Calosso DOC and “Doro” Moscato Metodo Classico.
The wines are paired with a rich and unconventional “merenda sinoira”, the traditional Piedmontese late-afternoon tasting featuring local flavors and unexpected food pairings designed to complement these rare wines.

A Professional and Tasty Experience!

The tasting was a true journey of discovery for the palate: personally, I was fascinated by the ADELE Metodo Classico Brut, elegant and persistent, while my partner fell in love with the Moscato Metodo Classico, a special gem that we had never had the chance to taste before.
To accompany the glasses, a generous platter of local cured meats and cheeses, among which the Bosio stood out, simply spectacular.
Overall, an experience that surprised and won us over: a winery that absolutely deserves to be discovered.
