Join Adriano for a unique experience that begins with a walk through his organic vineyards, followed by a brief visit to the cellar.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of two signature wines:
- Gamba di Pernice Calosso DOC, and
- “Doro” Moscato Metodo Classico,
paired with a rich and unconventional “merenda sinoira”—a traditional late-afternoon Piedmontese tasting featuring local flavors and unexpected food combinations designed to complement these rare wines.

La passione si percepisce nelle spiegazioni, chiare e coinvolgenti, e in un approccio al vino autentico, naturale, senza forzature né eccessi.
La degustazione è stata un vero viaggio di scoperte per il palato: personalmente sono rimasto affascinato dall’ADELE Metodo Classico Brut, elegante e persistente, mentre la mia compagna si è innamorata del Moscato Metodo Classico, una chicca speciale che non avevamo mai avuto modo di assaggiare.
Ad accompagnare i calici, un tagliere generoso di salumi e formaggi locali, tra cui spiccava il Bosio, semplicemente spettacolare.
Nel complesso, un’esperienza che ci ha sorpreso e conquistato: una cantina che merita assolutamente di essere scoperta.
