At Villa La Ripa the art of winemaking has been handed down for centuries. This ancient Renaissance country house and its fine wine cellar are situated on the gentle hills of the Chianti region of Arezzo in a dreamy Tuscan landscape.

The experience begins with a visit to the winery: the gate slowly opens onto the cypress-lined avenue. Above, you will see the beautiful Renaissance villa. After about 100 meters you will see a Winery Reception sign on the left. Turn left and arrive at the winery where your tour begins.

With this experience, you will have the opportunity to taste some of the most representative wines of Tuscany: the knowledgeable staff will explain the history and the terroirs of the wines and will analyze the visual, olfactory, and gustatory characteristics. You will also be offered a visit to the vineyards and the winery, during which the history of the company and the current production line will be told.

The wine-tasting experience includes 6 wines: you will taste the main Tuscan denominations (Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti Classico, Bolgheri), which will be compared with Villa La Ripa's pure Sangiovese wine "Peconio" and Supertuscan wine "Psyco" (Sangiovese and Cabernet) that this year obtained FOUR VINES (the highest recognition) in the ninth edition of "Vitae" - The Wine Guide published by the Italian Sommelier Association.

The wines will be paired with a selected goat cheese, a quality Parmesan and Tuscan bread with Villa La Ripa's award-winning extra virgin olive oil, of which the production process will be illustrated to appreciate the organoleptic profile.
