Immersed in the green surroundings of the Parco della Filandetta, after passing through the winemaking cellars, the staff of Bortolomiol will take you on a walking tour of the organic vineyard, among works of art and the avenue of centuries-old hornbeams. During the tour, you will learn about the sustainable philosophy and the green projects of Bortolomiol.
Weather permitting, you have the opportunity to sample Bortolomiol's Organic Prosecco Superiore DOCG at the last work of art that was installed in the Park, The Table, which will be followed indoors by a guided tasting of 3 more varieties of Prosecco Superiore accompanied by breadsticks and cheese.
You will taste the following 4 wines:

Ottimo avvicinamento al prosecco
Le spiegazioni sempre piacevoli e accattivanti, anche gli assaggi eccellenti, con spiegazioni e supporti idonei. Grande onestà nel non affaticare la giornata con proposte di assaggi troppo professionali che potevano diventare stucchevoli. Diamante, la ragazza che ci ha accompagnato, veramente una professionista gradevole.
Unica nota su cui posso dare consigli è variare un po’ gli assaggi che accompagnano la degustazione.
