Here is what's in store for you
Following an introduction to the Denomination, you will learn about the history of the founder of the Bortolomiol winery, Giuliano Bortolomiol, and his pioneering vision of the Prosecco Brut, continuing on with the winemaking cellar, the walking tour of the organic vineyard, and the works of art.
You will learn about the Bortolomiol philosophy through the environmental sustainability projects of the winery, and then taste some limited edition wines accompanied by breadsticks and cheese. A quick jump into the Tuscan land to discover Il Segreto di Giuliano will end the tasting. At the end of the tour, you will receive a little souvenir of your visit.
You will taste the following five wines:
- 70th Anniversary Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Nature
- Ius Naturae Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Biologico Brut
- Bandarossa Special Reserve Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry

- Segreto di Giuliano vino toscano IGP, Montalcino

Ottimo avvicinamento al prosecco
Le spiegazioni sempre piacevoli e accattivanti, anche gli assaggi eccellenti, con spiegazioni e supporti idonei. Grande onestà nel non affaticare la giornata con proposte di assaggi troppo professionali che potevano diventare stucchevoli. Diamante, la ragazza che ci ha accompagnato, veramente una professionista gradevole.
Unica nota su cui posso dare consigli è variare un po’ gli assaggi che accompagnano la degustazione.
