Then, inside the tasting room of the Parco della Filandetta - Wine&Art Farm, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a guided tasting of 5 vintages of Grande Cuvée del Fondatore Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di San Pietro di Barbozza: an exceptional vertical, from 2016 to the 2020 harvest, a journey to discover the longevity of this grape variety and find within the glass the characteristics of each vintage.

Ottimo avvicinamento al prosecco
Le spiegazioni sempre piacevoli e accattivanti, anche gli assaggi eccellenti, con spiegazioni e supporti idonei. Grande onestà nel non affaticare la giornata con proposte di assaggi troppo professionali che potevano diventare stucchevoli. Diamante, la ragazza che ci ha accompagnato, veramente una professionista gradevole.
Unica nota su cui posso dare consigli è variare un po’ gli assaggi che accompagnano la degustazione.
