The experience continues in the winery, where you will be introduced to the production philosophy based on minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and careful aging processes.
You will then enjoy a guided tasting of Telperion wines, discovering the unique character of Tempranillo and Verdejo grown in these high-altitude plots. The tasting offers a deeper understanding of the winery’s approach, including its natural “En Rama” wines, crafted without added sulfites and with minimal processing.
