Here, your passionate and talented host, Calogero, will bring to life delicious dishes inspired by local delicacies and freshly prepared Mediterranean flavors.

- Lunedda Grillo 2022 paired with Cous Cous alla Norma;
- Catarratto Chardonnay 2022 paired with Pane Cunzato prepared live in front of you;
- Alikase Nero d'Avola 2019 paired with Parmigiana medallion, Castelvetrano black bread bruschetta and dry sauce, and eggplant caponatina.
