Located just 10 minutes from Épernay, in a historic and unique setting, Emeline Desloovere and Vincent Cuillier invite you to an in-depth journey into the world of Champagne!

This workshop provides an authentic look into the daily life of a Champagne winemaker in the weeks leading up to bottling. Participants begin with a cellar tour, where they collect samples of clear wines for tasting. A guided tasting of clear wines follows, leading to a hands-on blending session, where small groups can create their own unique cuvée.

The experience concludes with a tasting of the group’s blends, accompanied by expert guidance, and a final tasting of a Champagne similar to the blended trial, offering a preview of the final product.
