Here is what's in store for you
This experience will introduce you to the world of the Vivallis winery in a playful and fun way.
Upon your arrival, you'll be welcomed inside the modern Vivallis wine shop, where you'll be given a brief introduction to the winery space and the company philosophy, before being escorted to the winery.
Inside the winery, you will have the opportunity to admire the imposing steel tanks from above and walk along the corridors, surrounded by historic concrete tanks, before reaching the amphitheater of tulipes and concluding the tour in the aging area, where the wines are pampered in the wood of the tonneaux amidst soft lighting and music.
The tour will be followed by a guided blind tasting of 4 excellences at the staff's discretion between the lively Trento DOC bubbles, fresh still white wines, or fragrant reds produced by the Vivallis winery. The tasting will be accompanied by dry snacks and an inviting platter of selected local products such as cheese and cold cuts.

Prodotti ottimi e grande professionalità
E' stata davvero molto brava e preparata.
La degustazione seguente si è rivelata una sorpresa, con prodotti vari e tutti ottimi, serviti con un abbondante tagliere di formaggi e salumi.
Da grande amante del vino (benché non sia un sommelier professionista) ho piacevolmente condiviso le mie osservazioni, trovando grande professionalità e preparazione.
Una nota di riguardo per l'esperimento di casa Vivallis, il White Rock, un vino bianco fermo in grado di stregare anche i palati degli amanti del metodo classico.
Non ho potuto fare a meno di acquistare gran parte dei prodotti degustati.
Esperienza consigliatissima.
Ritornerò.
