The experience continues in the tasting room with a short audiovisual presentation about the winemaking process, during which you’ll taste the first wine paired with a traditional tapa.

Next, visit the barrel room, where you’ll learn about oak aging, types of wood, and the influence of time on wine. Then return to the main hall for another short video, where key figures from the family and local community share stories about the territory, its unique location, and the passion that drives Concejo Bodegas to craft expressive and meaningful wines. Here, you’ll taste the second wine, accompanied by the second tapa.
