“Castel Cerino” is a sensory wine tasting experience in Soave at Coffele Winery that invites you to discover the character and elegance of five of our most representative wines. You’ll be guided in a tasting that engages all five senses, starting with the visual and olfactory analysis of each wine, moving through the tactile and auditory sensations—like the sparkle of our Millesimato Brut—and concluding with taste.
Each wine will be accompanied by bread, artisanal grissini, and our own Extra Virgin Olive Oil, allowing for a full immersion in the flavors of the region.
During the tasting, we will also explain our winemaking process, highlighting the unique elements of our crus, terroir, and sustainable philosophy, including our commitment to organic and social farming, carried out in partnership with Cascina Albaterra.
This is an ideal experience for those seeking a deeper understanding of the native varieties of the Soave area, in a setting that is both educational and enjoyable.
