Castrocaro Wine Tasting: 3 Native Wines & Farm Snack - Marta Valpiani

When you arrive at our winery in Castrocaro Terme, guests are welcomed by the Valpiani family and guided through the winemaking cellar and barrel room, and, when weather allows, through the vineyards and olive groves overlooking the unique Romagna badlands. The visit introduces our artisanal wine production, based on spontaneous fermentations and respect for native Romagna grape varieties.

The experience includes a tasting of 3 native wines, selected according to the season and featuring Albana and Sangiovese, paired with a farm-style snack. The food includes handmade baked goods by Marta, vegetables from our garden, and local cheeses and cured meats, with dedicated options for vegetarian, vegan, and celiac guests.

This tasting combines authentic wines, local flavors, and scenic landscapes, offering a genuine Romagna wine tourism experience in the warm, family-run atmosphere of Marta Valpiani winery.
