Located in the heart of the vineyard and village of Ambonnay, Champagne H. Billiot & Fils offers a cellar tour and tasting experience. This family-run estate, spanning five generations, invites visitors to discover the uniqueness of its terroir and winemaking expertise.

During the tour, explore the aging and production methods that shape the character of the house wines. Following the visit, a tasting experience of three Grand Cru Champagnes provides insight into the heritage and craftsmanship behind each cuvée.

For a more immersive experience, an optional cheese and fresh bread pairing is available.
