Quinta da Raza is ready to welcome you to the Vinho Verde region for this wine experience.

Your tour with Quinta da Raza, aboard a comfortable 4x4 vehicle, will start with the greatest icon of the parish of Veade-Peneireiro, the famous Romanesque church of Santa Maria de Veade. Although there is little left of the original construction, artistic and architectural elements from the 1732 rebuilding stand out, including the majestic main altarpiece, full of national Baroque or Joanine motifs.

Next, you will visit what is perhaps the most paradigmatic of the famous gardens in the Terras de Basto: the stunning camellia garden of the Casa do Campo (Molares, Celorico de Basto). Be amazed by this magnificent example of baroque period topiary art, with its arches and corridors, its elegant and refined "casas de fresco", and meet the unique "Centenária", which is over 250 years old, making it the oldest camellia tree in Portugal.

After this journey into history, time to recover your energies at Quinta da Raza, tasting three wines harmonized with the most delicious regional snacks such as cheese and sausages.
