Here is what's in store for you

Sintra may have an idyllic landscape, but Chef Francisco Siopa’s chocolate creations make up this gluttonous scene. Discover cocoa flavors and enjoy this experience with a privileged view of the mountains from the Penha Longa Resort.

Upon arrival, Chef Chocolatier Francisco Siopa welcomes you to the Penha Longa Resort and provides an overview of the schedule for the day. The experience begins with a delightful tour of the resort's picturesque gardens and Chef's own vegetable gardens, where you will have the opportunity to handpick fresh products used during the workshop. Next, you'll step into the hotel's pastry shop, where the magic happens. Under the guidance of the chef, you'll participate in an immersive and hands-on chocolate workshop, learning the art of crafting exquisite chocolate delicacies.

The highlight of the experience is undoubtedly the opportunity to savor your own handmade dessert during a carefully curated tasting menu dinner. To elevate the experience further, each course of the dinner will be expertly paired with fine wines, enhancing the flavors and complementing the chef's culinary creations.
