CicloDiVino Guided Bike Tour with Winery Tastings in the Hills of Ovada

Your day begins in Ovada, where you'll meet your certified cycling guide, and get ready for the tour. The route connects you with three local producers, giving you a direct look into the region's winemaking.

You'll ride for 25 to 35 km on a mix of roads, mostly unpaved, with a moderate elevation gain of 300-400 meters. The route is considered medium-easy and can be done on an e-bike, mountain bike, or gravel bike. Your guide will lead the way through the Monferrato countryside and can assist with any minor mechanical issues.

At each of the three winery stops, you will taste two wines, for a total of six. The selection focuses on the area's native grapes, featuring reds like Barbera and Dolcetto, and the crisp white Cortese. Depending on the estate, you'll also see the cellars or walk through the vineyards, with tastings held either indoors or in the garden. The tour concludes after the final tasting, leaving you with a full sense of the region's flavors and landscapes.
