Five Sips & Five Bites: Wine & Food Pairing Tasting at Buccianera in Arezzo

Your experience at Buccianera begins in the panoramic vineyards, where a member of the Mancini family or their hospitality team will welcome you. After a short introduction to the estate, you will have a guided tour of the winery.

You will then take a seat in the tasting room for the 'Five Sips & Five Bites' experience. This is a guided tasting focused on harmony and contrast, pairing five Buccia Nera wines with five carefully selected artisanal products. Each pairing is chosen according to the wine’s aging, intensity, and structure.

The tasting includes Chardonnay Toscana 2024, Rosato Toscana 2024, PA’RO Orange Wine Toscana IGT 2022, ACINOSO Sangiovese Toscana 2022, and PA’RO Rosso Toscana IGT 2020. The wines are paired with gourmet bites such as prosciutto, salame, pecorino cheese, truffles, and chocolate.

Children and teenagers can join free of charge and will be offered Tuscan bread with the estate's extra virgin olive oil. The introduction in the vineyard lasts about 10 minutes; in case of bad weather, it will take place after the winery tour if conditions improve.
