The experience includes a guided tour through Masseria Torricella's vineyards, with an introduction to the history and philosophy of the farm.
At the end of the tour, 4 wines are tasted at the table, accompanied by delicacies selected to enhance the characteristics of the wines:
- FIANO MINUTOLO (white) with: Bruschetta of semolina bread and tomatoes from the garden with extra virgin olive oil, Primosale with Fiano jelly;
- AURORA PRIMITIVO ROSE' with: Mozzarella of the day, Zucchini "poverella" style;
- CABERNET SAUVIGNON (red) with: Wild pork salami; Fresh Canestrato cheese with quince jam;
- PRIMITIVO (red) with: Caciocavallo di podolica DOP with cherry honey, Capocollo di Martina Franca DOP.

Full wine experience at Masseria Torricella/Alberobello (AN) 23sep24
Fantastic experience, the explanation well provided in English ans Italian by Ivette from the basics of the grape row to the final product with the wonderful tasting, practically a dinner. Between the aromas of the wine and the flavors of the local food the combination was perfect. For my personal taste, I liked the 5 wines offered + the Passito in order of presentation: INCIPIT white 12%; AURORA primitive rose' 13%; I.G.T. IL SAPIENTE Apulian red 14% and finally the Passito. Each wine paired with its tasting, a novelty: the Minutolo wine jelly paired with the ricotta was "superb" and what about the oil with the homemade bread, what a pairing. If you are in the area don't miss this opportunity.
My advice is to warn the guest that the tasting will be like a dinner so it is adviseble to eat little at lunch.

Recentemente ho avuto l'opportunità di partecipare a un'indimenticabile esperienza di degustazione di vini insieme a mio nonno, e devo dire che è stata davvero eccezionale.
Ogni vino era accompagnato da una descrizione dettagliata, e abbiamo imparato a riconoscere le sfumature di profumi e sapori con semplicità e divertimento. Anche mio nonno, che ha una lunga passione per il vino, è rimasto impressionato dalla qualità e dalla varietà delle etichette che ci sono state proposte.
Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza a chiunque voglia trascorrere del tempo di qualità, imparare qualcosa di nuovo e assaporare vini eccellenti in compagnia. È stata un’occasione preziosa per rafforzare il legame con mio nonno e creare ricordi che porteremo con noi per sempre!

Super beau site. Les vins étaient super bons. La guide ne parlait pas assez fort dans la salle de dégustation et les gens n'arrêtaient pas de parler lorsqu'elle expliquait les vins. Mais somme tout, tout s'est bien déroulé.

Esperienza autentica! Consiglio!!
Davvero bello! Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto in maniera molto gentile. Qualche minuto dopo abbiamo iniziato il giro tra i vigneti, con visita anche nella produzione e nella cantina. Il tour non è lungo ma è ben spiegato, e si capisce davvero ogni fase, dal raccolto alla sboccatura.
Introdurre magari, ove possibile, un avvicinamento al vigneto vero e proprio, magari per comprendere meglio i tipi di uva utilizzati

ottima location in terra di Alberobello. perfetta la scelta di optare per il biologico.
durante la visita siamo stati accompagnati da personale giovane, gentile e molto preparato.
abbiamo gustato diverse specialita' pugliesi: dai salumi ai formaggi ben abbinati ai vini ( ottimi ) prodotti in azienda.

Great wine expérience
The masseria is really pretty and relaxing. very well maintained. the visit was interesting and the staff professional.
Food was great too.
Maybe it would have been interessant to discover together the different tastes of the different wines and explain them.

Absolutely fantastic time
The tram were super friendly and approachable. We started off a tour of the grounds and vines, set in a beautiful valley. We were then taken through the wine making process. The wine tasting itself was amazing, we tried 7 wines (1 white, 1 rosé, 3 red and 1 sparkling). Each wine came with a food pairing of local meats, cheeses and dishes from Puglia, all of which were farm to table. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area!
