At the end of the tour, 4 wines are tasted at the table, accompanied by delicacies selected to enhance the characteristics of the wines:

- FIANO MINUTOLO (white) with: Bruschetta of semolina bread and tomatoes from the garden with extra virgin olive oil, Primosale with Fiano jelly;
- AURORA PRIMITIVO ROSE' with: Mozzarella of the day, Zucchini "poverella" style;
- CABERNET SAUVIGNON (red) with: Wild pork salami; Fresh Canestrato cheese with quince jam;
- PRIMITIVO (red) with: Caciocavallo di podolica DOP with cherry honey, Capocollo di Martina Franca DOP.

Interesting visit
Wines were tasty and the tour was interesting. Snacks were also very good, also glutenfree options, which was very nice. The special sparkling wine was nice experience, it was like a home made wine, but sparkling and taste was much better than normal home made wine. Service was also very nice.

Winery visit and tasting at a Masseria
Fantastic experience! Very instructive winery visit and a rich and well-curated final tasting. Excellent wines and a warm welcome in a truly local and Apulian setting. If you are in the area, you can't miss it!
