The experience includes a guided tour through Masseria Torricella's vineyards, with an introduction to the history and philosophy of the farm.
At the end of the tour, 4 wines are tasted at the table, accompanied by delicacies selected to enhance the characteristics of the wines:
- FIANO MINUTOLO (white) with: Bruschetta of semolina bread and tomatoes from the garden with extra virgin olive oil, Primosale with Fiano jelly;
- AURORA PRIMITIVO ROSE' with: Mozzarella of the day, Zucchini "poverella" style;
- CABERNET SAUVIGNON (red) with: Wild pork salami; Fresh Canestrato cheese with quince jam;
- PRIMITIVO (red) with: Caciocavallo di podolica DOP with cherry honey, Capocollo di Martina Franca DOP.

Ambiente tranquillo, vino e relax
Sarebbe stato piacevole fare la parte di degustazione nella terrazza esterna essendo una giornata non troppo calda ; anche perché all’interno era presente un numeroso gruppo del tour in inglese e si creava inevitabilmente un po’ di confusione

Spectacular Experience
The tasting itself was wonderful — both the local products and the wines we tried were absolutely amazing. The guide who took care of us was very kind and welcoming, and after the tasting we had the chance to buy a few bottles to bring home, which we’ve thoroughly enjoyed since.
Highly recommended!
The only suggestion I would make is to have the guide ask at the end of the tasting if we’re interested in purchasing and recommend which bottles to choose based on our preferences. That little touch would make the experience even better.

Oltre alla cantina, hanno anche un agriturismo a poca distanza, dove poter acquistare i prodotti tipici.

Esperienza straordinaria
Il personale è stato molto gentile e dettagliato nelle spiegazioni, in quanto ci hanno raccontato anche qualche segreto per poter controllare lo stato di salute delle piante.
Ultimata la visita nei campi, abbiamo visionato tutte le botti per poi recarci ai tavoli dove abbiamo degustato degli ottimi prodotti locali abbinati ai vini di produzione della masseria.
L’esperienza è senza dubbio fantastica e consiglio vivamente di provarla
