The Monte Solaio winery is ready to welcome you for this sensory wine experience, a complete immersion into the traditional Tuscan flavors, presented following the slow rhythm of the seasons and highlighted by the infinite passion with which they are prepared.

The experience begins with an introduction to the world of Monte Solaio winery and vineyards. Depending on the season, you will be welcomed in the cozy tasting room equipped with a fireplace or on the beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards.

The tasting includes 4 different wines: BOCCASANTA (IGT Costa Toscana Bianco); SAROSA (IGT Costa Toscana Rosato); SACRESTANO (IGT Costa Toscana Rosso) and TINO ROSSO (IGT Costa Toscana Rosso Superiore). A board of local products like cheese and cold cuts and bread with extra virgin oil of their production will accompany the tasting.

La degustazione presso Monte Solaio è stata un’esperienza fantastica. Una volta arrivati nella tenuta siamo stati immersi in un percorso di degustazione di quattro vini (bianco, rosé e due rossi) accompagnati da un tagliere e da olio di produzione propria. L’oste ci ha raccontato i passaggi che stanno dietro a ogni vino, dalla qualità del terreno all’imbottigliamento, rendendosi interessante e spiritosa. Vini molto buoni, panorama incantevole, accoglienza cortese e preparata. Torneremo!

La cantina produce sia vino che olio di eccelse qualità.
La degustazione consiste nella spiegazione ed assaggio di 4 vini con salumi e formaggi tipici accompagnati da un atmosfera e un panorama molto suggestivo che fa vivere a pieno questa esperienza enogastronomica. Da un lato si può osservare la costa etrusca e dall'altra il castello del Monte Solaio assieme alle varie colline.
La sommelier si è rivelata molto esperta e disponibile. Terminata la degustazione è possibile acquistare vino ed olio e spostarsi all'enoteca del castello per consumazioni su listino.
Qualità e prezzo di 20 euro a persona, imbattibili.
