Here is what's in store for you
Welcome to the world of Chiesa del Carmine.
Upon your arrival, you'll be welcomed into the estate where you will first learn about the history of the winery Chiesa del Carmine, a sixteenth-century farmhouse that was recently renovated. You will also receive a map for a self-walking tour of the vineyards, olive grove and farm before getting back to the estate for the classic wine tasting experience.
During the tasting, you will have the opportunity to taste all 6 Carmine Estate wines paired with a light lunch.
The light lunch menu will include:
- Rosemary grissini with a selection of homemade gourmet dips; Carmine Estate Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil and truffle salt
- Cold or warm soup depending on the season and a flan (changes seasonally)
- Platter of locally produced cheeses with truffle honey and a selection of locally cured meats or a choice from the chefs' seasonal pastas of the day
