Welcome to the world of Chiesa del Carmine. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at the Vineria del Carmine, a 16th-century farmhouse that serves as the estate’s shop and tasting room. Here, a bilingual sommelier will guide you through a food and wine experience featuring all 6 organic wines produced on the estate.

The menu includes:

Homemade rosemary breadsticks and gourmet sauces

Chiesa del Carmine organic extra virgin olive oil and truffle salts served with fresh bread

Maps are available for a self-guided tour of the vineyard.

La Vineria del Carmine è immersa nelle colline intorno a Umbertide in un luogo veramente splendido. La degustazione di olio e vino è stata molto buona, vini biologici di ottimo livello. Anche gli edifici dove si svolge la degustazione sono stati ristrutturati benissimo rendendo l’ambiente caldo e piacevole.

Degustazione dei vini locali ottima, contornata da un pranzo da ristorante stellato. Altissima qualità e cura dei dettagli.

Tutto molto bello! La location immersa nel verde, lo stile della tasting room. Oltre alle degustazioni dei vini della cantina siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti anche dal pranzo compreso nella degustazione, tanti sapori ed abbinamenti davvero notevoli. Personalmente ho apprezzato il trebbiano e il loro rosso di punta.
