Private Tecnical Wine Tasting & Lunch at Chiesa del Carmine

Vineria Chiesa del Carmine awaits you for this exclusive experience!

During this tasting, the head sommelier or winemaker of Chiesa del Carmine will take you on a private tour of the vaulted underground barrel room, winery, and tasting rooms. You will also have the opportunity to experience a barrel tasting with specialized glassware. During the tour, you will receive an in-depth explanation of the organic production of the Chiesa del Carmine estate, its history, wines, and winemaking processes.

This tasting experience also includes all current vintages of the 6 Carmine Estate wines plus an older vintage reserved exclusively for Tecnical tastings.

The lunch menu will consist of:
- Seasonal entrée chosen by the chef
Rosemary grissini with a selection of homemade gourmet dips
- Homemade focaccia made with ancient Umbrian grains with Carmine Estate Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil and truffle sea salt
- Cold or warm soup depending on the season and a flan
- Selection of locally produced cheeses paired with truffle honey and a selection of locally cured meats
- Choice of first course from our chefs' pastas of the day
- Choice of main course from chef's plates of the day
- Dessert is the chef's special, which changes seasonally
- Espresso
