Your experience at Corte Fornaledo begins in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, where you'll be welcomed by one of the owners, Giacomo. He will first introduce you to the history of the estate before leading you on a tour of the cellar. Here, you will follow the winemaking journey from the grape to the aging process.

The visit then moves to the estate's tasting room. You will taste the full range of Corte Fornaledo's red wines: a Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, a Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC, the Inevitabile IGT Verona Rosso, and the two most representative wines of the area, an Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG and a Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG.

The tasting is paired with the estate's own extra virgin olive oil, served with fresh bread and crunchy breadsticks.
