Sunset Sailing Cruise on Lake Garda aboard the Historic Ship with Wine Apericena

Step aboard the historic sailing ship Siora Veronica in Malcesine and experience Lake Garda from a unique perspective during a two-hour sunset cruise combining sailing, local flavors, wine, and music.

Departing from the harbor of Malcesine, Siora Veronica will sail toward the islands of Val di Sogno and the picturesque village of Cassone, navigating partly under sail, when wind conditions allow, and partly by motor. As the sun begins to set over Lake Garda, relax on board and take in the scenery while enjoying an apericena featuring 3–4 food tastings, selected according to availability. These may include local lake fish specialties such as citrus-marinated char or whitefish, marinated sardines with onion and pine nuts, or trout mousse, as well as shrimp with cocktail sauce and paprika, bresaola rolls filled with soft cheese or beef tartare with caramelized onion, fried specialties, Caprese skewers, or fruit. Vegan alternatives such as vegetable crudités with hummus or quinoa with vegetables are also available.

The apericena is accompanied by 2 glasses of wine per person. Depending on the departure, wines may include Voga Prosecco, with Brut Rosé or still Pinot Bianco as alternatives. On Tuesdays, the wine selection is provided by Madonna delle Vittorie and features Trento DOC.

A DJ set is included on every departure, complemented by live instruments, creating a relaxed musical atmosphere as the colors of sunset transform the lake.
