"Danza dei Contadini" Wine & Spirit Tasting at Pojer e Sandri in San Michele all'Adige

Your tasting at Pojer e Sandri is hosted by Cristina Dal Soglio, a certified sommelier and member of the winery's team. She will welcome you to the tasting room to guide you through the estate's production philosophy.

The experience provides a complete overview of Pojer e Sandri's distinctive approach, starting with a selection of six wines. You will taste a flight that represents the winery's diverse styles: an ancestral-method wine with lees, a traditional-method sparkling wine, a classic still white, and a late-harvest still white. The tasting continues with a classic or reserve red wine and concludes with a late-harvest or fortified wine.

Beyond the wines, Cristina will introduce you to one of Pojer e Sandri's spirits. The selection is tailored to your interests, chosen from a range of 11 grappas, 10 fruit eaux-de-vie, and 3 brandies. To complete the journey, you will also sample the estate's house-made fruit vinegars. Throughout the tasting, you'll learn about the history and characteristics that define each product, making for a focused and educational experience.
