Over sixty years ago, with hard work and enthusiasm, the foundations were laid for what is now the excellent Michele Castellani winery, which pursues constant product and process innovation. Sergio Castellani, with his wife Maria, continues the winemaking activity directing the family business in all phases that characterize the realization of the wine, accompanied by their children Michele, in the cellar, Martina, for the administrative sector, and Mara, for the commercial sector and foreign relations. National and international success confirmed the validity of the company's project.

They aim for excellence. This is why great attention is paid to the selection and harvesting of the grapes, vinification, drying and ageing of the great wines of Valpolicella. A great deal of passion and professionalism is dedicated to the drying of the grapes for the production of Amarone and Recioto: ample space and modern equipment to maintain the healthiness of the grapes and control their balanced and regular over-ripening.
