Live a unique experience at Villa Simone, discover the food and wine heritage of the Castelli Romani area, and savor the fruits of this land!

The wine tour starts between the rows of vines of Villa Simone, where you will be accompanied by the Costantini Family, who will passionately tell you the story of the particular terroir of the Castelli Romani and of their family. Walk with them through all the major stages of production (crushing, vinification, and aging) while walking through the winery, the barrique cellar, and up to the cave.

At the end of the guided tour, you will enjoy a wine tasting of the following four wines:
- Spumante Brut
- Villa dei Preti Frascati Superiore DOCG
- La Torraccia IGP
- Ferro e Seta IGP (or Cannellino di Frascati DOCG)
The tasting will be accompanied by a platter with local artisanal salami, aged cheese, and pizza baked in a wood-fired oven.

Fantastica esperienza!!

Ci siamo recati a Villa Simone in occasione del compleanno della mia fidanzata e abbiamo vissuto una degustazione intensa e ricca di spunti per futuri acquisti in ambito enologico. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale, e i vini che ci sono stati proposti uno migliore dell'altro. Formaggi, salumi e focaccia hanno accompagnato un viaggio fra quanto di meglio Villa Simone ha da offrire. Abbiamo potuto provare vini frizzanti, rossi, bianchi e anche dolci (l'ottimo "Cannellino DOCG"), tutti prodotti laziali di grande qualità. Speciale menzione va sicuramente al bianco "Villa dei Preti DOCG", vincitore di diversi premi e probabilmente uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai assaggiato.
In sintesi, una esperienza consigliatissima per tutti gli appassionati e non di enologia!

Bellissima esperienza. Un modo originale per trascorrere ore di serenità, circondati dalla natura e dalla storia del territorio, meravigliosamente raccontati da Sara. La sua passione si percepisce e accompagna tutta la visita. Il tutto si conclude con la degustazione di vini e prodotti tipici, davvero gustosi.
