Enjoy a special dining experience including four regional and organic courses and matching wines at Weingut Trautwein.
The experience starts daily at 11 a.m. You will be welcomed at Weingut Trautwein with a glass of Crémant. Equipped with a hiking app, sun protection, and hiking shoes, the 9 km route unfolds through our vineyards.
At two secluded spots, various regional delicacies await, perfectly paired with accompanying wines. The final stop of your hike will be back at the winery to enjoy a dessert, more wine, or even a coffee.
This is an example of the delicacies you will enjoy, which may vary depending on the season:
- Regional cheese and sausage from an organic black forest farm (Melcherhof)
- Spread of Tomatoes and Rosemary, Lentils-vegetable-Salad
- Homemade bread
- Apple crumble
