After a visit to the winery and our Masseria, you will experience the excellence of the typical products of the Apulian hinterland combined with the wines of Cantine Polvanera. An experience not to be missed!
The experience includes a tasting of 5 wines accompanied by a rich selection of typical local products including:
- Mozzarella DOP Gioia del Colle
- Seasonal first course
- Olive oil tasting with bread
- Cereal frise (typical flatbreads) with garlic and tomato sauce, garnished with cherry tomatoes and arugula, zucchini and mint omelet, capocollo, and local cheese
