A complete immersion in the world of the Piedmontese countryside and wine culture at GranCollina. Enjoy this special wine experience in Piedmont and discover Terre Alfieri.
During the tour of the winery, the history of the winery and the Cotto family will be explained, while during the wine-tasting experience, the wines and production processes will be explained. You will have the opportunity to taste at least four wines directly from the barrels; Terre Alfieri Nebbiolo, Piemonte Grignolino, Barbera d'Asti DOCG, and Monferrato Dolcetto. Based on availability, other wines might be available for tasting: Terre Alfieri Arneis, Rosato, Freisa d'Asti, Bonarda, and Cortese.
The wine-tasting experience will be accompanied by breadsticks, while at the end of the tasting, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a platter of mixed cold cuts in the winery's Agrivineria-restaurant with a glass of Barbera d'Asti base wine.

La location è suggestiva e isolata, ci si può rilassare al meglio.
Il Nebbiolo e il Barbera d'Asti erano incredibili.
Le uniche due pecche sono state il dolce che non sono riuscita a terminare, un tiramisù al pistacchio che è arrivato color verde fluorescente e i tempi tra una portata e l'altra molto dilatati tra loro, ci siamo sedute a tavola alle 12.30 e ci siamo alzate alle 15. Per il resto tutto buono e gradevole.
Ridurre i tempi di attesa tra una portata e l'altra e curare di più la qualità dei dessert.
