This tour gives you the opportunity to learn about the world of olive oil, from the cultivation of the plants to the processing in the mill, from the point of view of Olio Biscotti, a family-owned oil mill in business since 1949.
Along with the olive oil tasting, you will be able to taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gargano area, not only oil but also a selection of wines, cheeses, and other local products.
Upon request, it will also be possible to visit the olive grove, where one can indulge in a moment of relaxation in the shade of the centuries-old trees!
