Your experience begins at the Cesari winery, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, where a member of the hospitality team will welcome you. After an introduction to the region's subzones and landscapes with a detailed map, you'll start a private guided tour of the facility.
The tour follows the journey of the grapes from their arrival to the drying loft for the 'appassimento' process, then through the winemaking area and into the ageing cellar. The experience continues in the Bosan Caveau, an elegant and exclusive setting for your tasting.
Here, you will have a guided tasting of five wines from the Cesari portfolio. The selection features the freshness of a Lugana, three wines from the prestigious Bosan range (Valpolicella Classico Superiore, Ripasso Classico Superiore, and Amarone Classico Riserva), and the intense character of a Recioto della Valpolicella. The tasting is accompanied by a platter of local delicacies, including cured meats like Soppressa Veronese and Pancetta Pepata, and cheeses such as Monte Veronese and aged Asiago, which may vary with the season. Traditional Italian cantucci biscuits are also served.
