La bodega Ceramida está situada a 400 metros sobre el nivel del mar, en la impresionante Costa Viola, un territorio costero entre los municipios de Palmi, Bagnara Calabra y Scilla, en la vertiente tirrena de Calabria, donde la cordillera del Aspromonte llega al mar Tirreno frente al estrecho de Mesina.

Esta visita guiada comienza con una introducción al mundo de la viticultura, centrándose en las vides plantadas, los sistemas de conducción y las tradiciones vinícolas de la zona. Pasearás entre las hileras de Zibibbo, Calabrese Nero (Nero d'Avola), Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon y Chardonnay y conocerás los distintos sistemas de conducción y las peculiaridades de cada variedad de uva. También visitarás un viñedo antiguo, criado con el sistema tradicional del alberello.

Aquí, con una vista panorámica sobre el mar Tirreno, probarás cuatro vinos diferentes de producción propia, acompañados de una degustación de productos típicos locales como Pizza di Pellegrina, Bruschette di pane di Pellegrina, embutidos típicos locales, N'duja di Spilinga, Piparelli (dulces típicos de la Costa Viola).

Disfruta de un aperitivo especial rodeado de un paisaje panorámico, con la luz del sol brillando sobre el mar y las Islas Eolias.

Excellent Experience

This experience is set on a beautiful hillside with spectacular views. The tour is a fascinating account of the local history of the area and the vineyard. That is followed by a tasting and local food pairing, with good wines and very tasty food. The experience is concluded with a final tasting and dessert pairing at a beautiful scenic overlook. The staff is very nice and super helpful! It is an experience totally worth the money.

Esperienza consigliatissima .
Pasquale e Vincenzo sono stati gentilissimi, accoglienti e disponibili.
Abbiamo fatto una passeggiata tra le vigne con un panorama mozzafiato. Degustazione di vini e prodotti locali eccellente.
Le spiegazioni sono state interessanti e coinvolgenti.
Il pomeriggio si è concluso con un bicchiere di passito e dolcetti davanti a uno splendido tramonto con vista sullo stretto e le isole Eolie .

Amazing experience with Rodolfo and his brothers!

Rodolfo gave us a brilliant tour around his vineyard and explained the process that each grape goes through from soiling through to finished product. Got the opportunity to try a number of different wines from the vineyard and enjoy some amazing sunset views of Scilla!

Beautiful experience

We spent really nice evening in Azienda Agricola Ceramida. It was the only winery in this area organizing the wine tasting in the first half of October, so we were unsure what experience we will get. Hosts provided us with all necessary information for our visit, everything was thought of. Interesting excursion, beautiful sights, amazing sunset, excellent wine and tasty snacks from local products. It was like meeting with old friends, And everything together created unforgettable experience. If we will be in this part of Calabria again we definitely will visit this winery again.

L'azienda agricola Ceramida è stata una bellissima scoperta. Il vigneto si trova in un posto davvero magnifico dal quale è possibile abbracciare con lo sguardo l'intera Costa Viola. La degustazione degli ottimi vini è stata curata nei minimi dettagli grazie alla cortesia e alla professionalità dei proprietari, che ci hanno anche regalato una ricostruzione storica dell'attività vinicola nella zona. Concludere l'esperienza godendo del tramonto sul mare di Bagnara è stato impagabile. Torneremo sicuramente per acquistare il buon Nero Calabrese e l'ottimo Zibibbo.

The tour was wonderful and we were made to feel so welcome. The wine and knowledge is exceptional, paired with the local food and the beautiful surroundings, was a truly unforgettable experience. Siamo partiti da un bellissimo tour guidato della vigna.
Successivamente abbiamo fatto una degustazione di un bianco zibibbo e due rossi Calabrese nero e Syrah accompagnati da prodotti tipici. La degustazione si è conclusa con la degustazione di un passito con una vista mozzafiato sul mare.
Un bellissimo pomeriggio.

Posto incantevole, reso ancora più gradevole dalla preparazione e dalla gentilezza dei proprietari. Vini di qualità esaltati dall'azzeccato accostamento del cibo presentato. Bellissima l'esperienza tra i vigneti sullo sfondo di un panorama mozzafiato .

Amaizing experince!!!

It was in deed amaizing experince!! Organisation, communication and accurace on a high level. First off all the viniard is on the stunning location overlooking the bay, from where you can see the Sicily. Few different sort of grapes are cultivated here and some that we never heard of like Zizibo. Left the good impretion on me personaly. After the tour of viniards (with a translator in english following us) we started vine tasting accompaind with local traditional food. Everything was supper tasty and the vine is absolutely outstanding. The interesting part is that everything is done by hand in the viniard.. For example Zizibo desert wine (they make 2 different wines from this grape) it takes 2 years of “production” before u can buy it. Its veru special.
And the most special part of this beautiful experince where the people who made it happen. The warmth, spontaniancy, knowledge and hospitality is amaizing. We felt like at home!
This beautiful tour is finished with stunning sunset and of course purchasing some bottles of wine to cary us true:)

Spectacular!!

This was truly the best wine tasting we have ever experienced! The owners of the vineyard were the kindest people - they treated us like family. The tour was like no other - they showed us not just the wine but also the history of the land. They also allowed us to taste some of the fruits that were growing on the land. We then had a beautiful tasting with various wines and a lovely plate of food. My husband and I had an amazing time and definitely recommend this tour!

Buongiorno e grazie della recensione. Tuttavia non capisco perchè dopo quello che scrive ci assegna solo 4/5 stelle. Vorrei capire che cosa non è andato bene anche al fine di evitare errori in futuro (se li abbiamo fatti). Se poi si è trattato di un errore di giudizio da parte sua la prego di moficarlo. Per noi è importantissimo. Grazie
