Great wine, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife and I visited here for their wine tasting because I am a Caymus fan. The service from the person behind the counter (Bill) who poured the wine was by far the worse service I have had. We were at the counter along with the other patrons for wine tasting and Bill just overlooked me as he was pouring the wine for the other people at the bar. At first I overlooked it thinking it was an accidental oversight or perhaps he was distracted....until it happened again! I had to wave at him in order for him to pour the wine. It is customary to educate you guests on the history and characteristics of the wine you are pouring but all Bill did was pour the wine and then he walked off to talk to other people, At this point I walked over to another section of the bar to continue the wine tasting serviced by a very friendly and informative woman ( whom I learned just started working there). The service from the woman is the ONLY reason I gave this place one star, otherwise it would does not even deserve a star. Needless to say I will never visit the vineyard nor recommend my friends and family to them as well. I hope their management sees this review so they can better train their staff on proper customer service.

Great wine, beautiful area and vineyards, we had a wine tasting, the Sommelier was great the tasting just fine, kind of over rated, like most of the things in the wine country. The shop has all their great wines. Had a fun time.

Love the Caymus Cab. Just bought a case. The downside, ... have to wait 2 years to open it. They have several top rated Vivino wines, so if you make it to the vineyard, spring for the tasting. They're a bit pricier than others in Napa, but they were the main reason we went to Napa. Worth it!

I have had a number of the wines before from the family (Red Blend, White Blend, Meiomi, Cab) and own a couple of cases of the Cab 2012 and 2013 and am an avid fan of their wines. This review is not about the wine, but the venue and the tasting. The price for the tasting at $50 for a single tasting was outrageously high considering the venue. The venue was pretty but the tasting set-up (experience) was not worth the price. I also own and enjoy the Silver Oak and Silverado wines and the cost structure at those venues was significantly better. I would go back to either Silver Oak or Silverado, but not Caymus.

This was by far our favorite winery among the 9 we visited. Down to earth, easy to talk to hosts that are incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. An all organic family winery with goats and sheep creates a fun, laid back atmosphere. We also loved EVERY wine we tried, they were unique and easy to drink. Loved it so much that I joined the wine club!

We paid a visit to Casa Nuestra this summer, what a fabulous place, with great wines, so smooth with fabulous finish. The hospitality is wonderful, and relaxed. We joined the club and just received our fall shipment, on a whim we had the 2012 Tinto with my daughters wonderful guisado depuarto! wow what a combo! My wife just wanted to make sure I have another bottle for the next time we have the guisado!

Simply put the best tasting wine in Napa.

The winery tour is by far the best I've ever had. They do almost everything from growing grapes to bottling, and the folks giving the tours are not hired help, they are the owners. The owners are scientists and engineers and can tell you everything from soil chemistry to the price of oak aging, etc. It was an eye-opening view into the world of wine. The tasting was great, as were their pairing suggestions. If you must do one tour of Napa, this is the one for the scientifically minded.
