The lone white (Chardonnay) was bursting with...

The lone white (Chardonnay) was bursting with the flavor of nectarine and the lack of the traditional heavy oak aging let the fruit really stand out. Their reds were rich smooth and each presented its varietal namesake perfectly. The port's depth of flavor and traditional almost tawny finish will be a perfect compliment to the more robust varieties of cheese. Their staff was attentive, entertaining, and gracious, and the physical environment was beautiful and welcoming. We will tell our friends about this Sierra Foothills jewell.
