We recently celebrated our wedding at Bulong...
We recently celebrated our wedding at Bulong Estate & it was the most perfect venue. It was actually the only venue we looked at when researching our wedding, however Bulong was everything we wanted. From the intimate nature of the venue, to the breathtaking views, & the friendly, easy going & accomodating manager, Monica. Monica, thank you, you made everything so so easy for us. The food at our wedding is still be spoken about, along with the delicious Bulong estate wine, which all the guests loved. We had 60 of our most closest family & friends & Bulong was the perfect venue. We could not recommend Bulong more highly. Thank you once again!

We are so happy we found this...
We are so happy we found this little gem in the Yarra Valley for our wedding. Monica, your service was outstanding, nothing was a hassle. All of our guests commented on the venue and the views all around the estate made a beautiful backdrop for our wedding photos. If you're looking for somewhere different for your wedding, and trying to find a venue with staff who are open minded and friendly to deal with, I'd highly recommend checking out Bulong, you might just discover the perfect place.

The service was outstanding, friendly and accommodating...
The service was outstanding, friendly and accommodating of my mum's dairy intolerance.
The chef is clearly passionate about food and even came out to meet us - which made us feel extremely special!
The special dessert of baked fig was to die for and I thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal menu.
Will be going back!

Had a brief tour of the winery,...
Had a brief tour of the winery, appointment, with Matt the wine maker who should us around the vineyard. Strolling through the vines with the morning mist rising off the ground was a special experience.
Great views of the valley and surrounding hills, well worth a visit.

Bulong has the most magnificent views, the...
Bulong has the most magnificent views, the menu always has something to surprise the taste buds, the owners are delightful in an old-fashioned lovely way and they never get their wine suggestions wrong (although sometimes the wine arrives after the course is consumed - timing guys!). Great Japanese/French infusion chef - try it, he creates wonderful experiences for your mouth :o)

Nice setting in a beautiful part of the island. Their cider is worth trying. Good coffee too. Interesting menu with a genuine local flavour. Not sure if café food or restaurant but there aren't that many other options on the island for a sit down meal. Think about booking because it gets very busy!

Fantastic lunch. I had the lamb steak...
Fantastic lunch. I had the lamb steak and veggies and it was well cooked and moist. The oysters were incredibly fresh. Best I've ever had.
The 2015 Sauvignon Blanc was absolutely delicious. We bought 2x bottles to take home.
