Ventoux Express Tour and Wine Tasting at Domaine de Mas Caron

Your host, the winemaker Marc, will welcome you for an express tour of the cellar and winemaking facility. The visit continues with a fun aroma game, "Do You Have a Nose for It?", to test your senses before the tasting.
The tasting takes place in the barrel cellar or, in some cases, the winemaking cellar. You will sample six of the estate's cuvées, starting with Mariage Blanc, a Ventoux Blanc made from Roussanne, Viognier, and Grenache Blanc. You'll then try two Ventoux rosés, Pilavoine and Rosé Futé, followed by Garance Vieilles Vignes, a Ventoux Rouge blending Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan. The tasting concludes with two IGP Vaucluse reds from 100% Caladoc grapes: La Cuvée des Copains and Si J’ai Envie By Marc, which is aged for one year in oak barrels.
The wines are paired with a selection of charcuterie that may include Caillette du Ventoux, a regional pork-and-herb specialty, alongside chorizo, herb-flavored cooked ham, cured ham, pancetta, and rosette saucisson.
