La Cantina Ninni está situada en la zona DOC de Trebbiano Spoletino y Monti Martani, a una altitud de 350 metros sobre el nivel del mar. El suelo, predominantemente arcilloso con sustratos de marga, es por tanto rico en minerales, el viñedo está totalmente soleado durante todo el día y la ligera brisa siempre está presente, lo que favorece la maduración de las uvas de forma especial.
The soil of the vineyard is completely grassed over naturally, no weeding is carried out at the base of the vines, it is never fertilised and the vines are only helped during the vegetative phase with natural products based on seaweed extract. All treatments in the vineyard are free from the use of systemic products, and only products permitted in organic farming are used. The choice of a limited production per vine (dating back 35 years), helps to maintain them over time by favouring the ripening of the fruit and limiting production stress.
