Amazing place and great wines. The winery tour was very interesting and the wine tasting and lunch was perfect. We will be back again and bring our friends

Nice Wine Tour and Tasting at Tenuta La Favola

Sebastian provided a very nice tour and tasting at the winery. We actually arrived two hours early, but Sebastian accommodated us without a problem . After being shown the vineyard and production rooms, we tasted one white and three reds. All were very good, and accompanied by a variety of appetizers. Sebastian was friendly and engaging, and very knowledgeable about local grapes and wine in general. We highly recommend this tour.

Really enjoyable and interesting

Thoroughly enjoyable tour and 5 course light lunch with a glass of wine with each course.. It was just our party of 4, with Sebastian providing interesting information about the vines, growing conditions and process of organic wine making. His English was very good and he was happy to answer all our questions! It is a small set up in a farmhouse, overlooking a pool and countryside so it feels very intimate. We would recommend!

Sobre la bodega y los vinos

En la campiña al sur de Noto, en el extremo más meridional de Sicilia, hay una aerea de suelo calcáreo llamada Buonivini (buenos vinos). Aquí, desde hace cinco generaciones, nuestra familia escucha a la tierra y la cultiva. Cuidamos la biodiversidad, utilizamos energías renovables, estamos orgullosos de tener la certificación ecológica italiana y suiza. Creemos que la agricultura y el vino son cultura, historia, esperanza y paciencia, en una palabra, que el vino es vida.

Producimos vinos ecológicos con variedades de uva autóctonas y no autóctonas, como Nero d'Avola, Moscato, Grillo, Syrah y Frappato. Utilizamos levadura autóctona para la fermentación tras la preparación de un pied the cuve. Nuestros vinos son auténticos, ecológicos y reflejan completamente la zona de producción.
