For an even more indulgent experience, you can add a tasting of Allaluna Vino di Uve Overripe — a refined dessert-style wine made from overripe grapes — served with biscuits or cantucci.

Engaging, comprehensive and cheerful
I recommend adding at least one of the proposed deep-dive sessions to the "basic" experience, none of the other wineries I have visited offer something similar.
