Visit the Fedrizzi winery, located in the heart of Colli Bolognesi, and discover their great wines!
The Fedrizzi farm extends for over 25 hectares of vineyards. Your experience will start with a walk through their vineyard in Castello di Serravalle, the production area of Pignoletto, also known as Grechetto Gentile, the only DOCG in the province of Bologna.
After visiting the vineyards, you will take a comfortable seat outdoors and taste the three most successful wines of the winery while enjoying the view over the vineyards. The wines will be served with a selection of delicacies such as local agricultural products, cold cuts, and different cheeses to let you try the perfect pairing!
These are the wines you will taste:
- Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto Frizzante DOCG - re-fermented in the bottle 3 months on yeasts
- Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto Superiore DOCG - the still version of their white wine
- Rosso Bologna DOC - 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Barbera, steel only
You can add a glass of Barbera Riserva, the first reserve of the winery, for an additional cost of 5€ per person! An exclusive wine of which the winery has produced only about 600 bottles.
Children will enjoy a fruit juice and a stuffed tigella, a typical bread from the area.

Perfect for a day trip from Bologna!
We started with very short walk into the vineyard in the beautiful hills with great views. We were given a great explanation of the vines, processes and the history of the Vineyard.
We then sat outside and tasted the reds, whites and sparkling wines they produced, which were fantastic! They also provided accompanying cheese, hams, and bread, which went down very well indeed!
While the wine was amazing, the highlight of the day was the host. She was the perfect guide to regions rich food and beverages scene. We were sat out in the beautiful hills for hours casually talking about all things food and wine.
It's a must visit and outrageously good value. I'll be back!

Very private experience: we got showed around with only our group who booked. She answered very deeply to all questions.
The tasting was an experience: very special wines. (Some who tasted like beer) the white and the sparkling are very decent.
The wine is accompanied by cheese and ham. You can pick fruits from the beautiful garden to eat aswell.
10/10 would recommend.
