Vertical Chianti Classico Tasting with Tuscan Products at Borratella in Gaiole

You will be welcomed into the tasting room by a member of the Borratella hospitality team, who will introduce you to the history of the winery and the family's approach to winemaking.
The experience is a vertical tasting of Borratella's Chianti Classico DOCG. You will taste four different vintages, starting from the very first one the estate produced up to the current release. This side-by-side comparison shows how the wine's aromas, structure, and complexity evolve over time as you discuss the characteristics of each vintage.
For an extra challenge, you can request the tasting to be conducted blind, with the bottles covered. If you correctly identify the vintages, you'll receive a small gift from Borratella.
To accompany the wines, you'll be served a platter of traditional Tuscan specialties from local producers. This includes Tuscan Prosciutto, salami, Finocchiona, and both fresh and aged Pecorino cheese.
