Discover the authentic flavors of Tuscany with a hands-on cooking experience at Fattoria di Corsignano, where wine and traditional cuisine come together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Guided by the estate’s Chef, you will learn how to prepare typical Tuscan dishes using fresh, local ingredients, becoming the true protagonists of the experience. The activity is designed to be interactive, friendly, and enjoyable, celebrating the simplicity and richness of the region’s culinary traditions.

The experience begins at 5:00 PM and includes a sunset aperitif with bruschetta and extra virgin olive oil produced at the estate. After a short visit to the cellar and a walk through the vineyards, you will sit down to enjoy a tasting dinner featuring the dishes you have prepared.

The meal is paired with a selection of wines from Fattoria di Corsignano, including: La Famiglia Rosso IGT or Levitate Rosato IGT, La Coppia Chianti Classico DOCG, L’Imperatore Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, and Il Dolce Vin Santo. Each wine is presented and carefully paired with your creations.

The experience lasts approximately 4 hours, including dinner.
