This experience at the Tenuta Bonzara winery, located in the Colli Bolognesi hills, offers the opportunity to learn first-hand about all stages of winemaking: from the harvesting to the bottling and the tasting.

Upon arrival, you will be guided on a visit that starts between the rows of vines, where you'll discover the techniques of pruning and harvesting grapes. Then you'll observe the winery and the production area, learn about the history of the winery, and finally, you'll visit the charming barrel room, the heart of Tenuta Bonzara Winery.

At the end of the visit, you will be able to take a seat in the elegant dedicated tasting room, where you'll enjoy a sommelier-led tasting of three estate wines, which will be accompanied by IGP cured meats and products from the historic bakery Paolo Atti & Figli of Bologna.
