This experience at Caravaglio Winery begins with a short guided tour of the production winery, followed by a walk through the vineyards at sunset – one of the most evocative moments in the Aeolian Islands.
The journey continues on our panoramic terrace with a guided tasting of three dry wines – Salina Bianco, Palmento di Salina, and Nero du Munti – before concluding with the indulgent sweetness of our traditional Malvasia Passita dessert wine.
The tasting is accompanied by a vegetarian board featuring a selection of cheeses, crostini with capers and honey from our own production, and traditional local specialties.
