Here is what's in store for you
This immersive experience blends nature and traditional Maremma cuisine, taking guests on a journey to discover wild herbs and their culinary uses. Upon arrival at Fattoria La Maliosa, guests will be welcomed by the team and by Francesca, a cook with holistic training in wild edible plants and well-being.
Francesca will guide participants on a walk through the farm’s fields, helping them identify and gather edible wild herbs while explaining their properties, characteristics, and uses in cooking. After the walk, guests will prepare fresh tagliatelle together and create a pesto using the foraged herbs, enhanced with Fattoria La Maliosa’s organic EVO oil — the perfect finishing touch for the dish.
The experience concludes with a tasting of the freshly prepared meal, paired with the estate’s natural red wine Saturnalia, presented by an experienced sommelier. As a special gift, each participant will receive a copy of the recipe and a digital guidebook on Maremman wild herbs.
