The guided tasting includes 4 wines: an Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG together with still white and red wines, such as blends of international varieties like Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco, or native grapes like Recantina. The wines are paired with bread, local cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables preserved in oil or vinegar; vegetarian guests are offered cheeses or other seasonal preparations instead of cold cuts. The tasting usually takes place in the winery's tasting room, and the wines and pairings may vary depending on the winery and the season.
