Cette cave boutique est située à une heure au sud de Florence, et c'est la solution parfaite pour échapper à la ville et découvrir les paysages environnants du Chianti. L'activité de déjeuner léger comprend une dégustation de 4 vins et de l'huile d'olive du domaine associée à une série d'amuse-gueules et à un plat chaud local fait maison ! Le domaine se trouve à une heure de route au sud de Florence et la route traverse les splendides paysages du Chianti sur le chemin de la cave. Si vous préférez utiliser les transports publics, depuis Florence vous pouvez prendre un bus (#365) pour rejoindre la gare de Greve Tirassegno et de là, il vous faudra 20 minutes de marche

Wonderful visit to Savignola Paolina

I had the chance with my son to visit the winery and vineyard Savignola Paolina last July. We learned a great deal about this winery and the skills required to produce such a delectable wine. The visit was instructive and convivial. The lunch that was described as "light", was in fact not so light, consisting in delicious culinary specialties of the region, accompanied by wine produced in the vineyard. People working there, as well as the owners, were very friendly and welcoming. We spent a wonderful time at Savignola Paolina! I just wish I could have taken more bottles with me!

We went on a Saturday morning with a 3 year-old kid who did not pay for the visit. They cooked him a dish of pasta for a really fair price.
For adults, tasting was great and light lunch was not that light actually!

Siamo stati accolti da Alice, che ci ha spiegato molto bene e con passione come viene prodotto il loro vino. Siamo passati poi alla degustazione, con relative descrizioni di ciascun vino, che hanno reso l’assaggio ancora più accurato. Assolutamente da rifare, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

We had a wonderful time at Savignola Paolina and would definitely recommend it! Beautiful surroundings, beautiful wine, and a lovely lunch that was much bigger than we expected! The hosts were very welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable, which made an overall amazing experience. Are best day in Tuscany so far!

Abbiamo prenotato questa visita in questa azienda vinicola tramite il sito, Siamo stati accolti dal titolare, persona molto cortese che mi ha fatto subito sentire come a casa . Successivamente abbiamo effettuato il giro nelle cantine per terminare la degustazione al tavolo con i tre calici di chianti di vario invecchiamento. Complimenti esperienza fantastica da rifare quanto prima !!!!
Consiglio utilizzato di tovaglioli più grandi .

We spent a wonderful afternoon learning about the wine in Chianti and in particular, the boutique wine and techniques employed by Paulina! We opted for the the wine tasting with light lunch - it was delicious! If you are offered, be sure to try the Chianti sorbet! Our host was very knowledgeable and the food was fantastic. Can’t recommend enough.

Esperienza davvero piacevole in una struttura molto carina e curata con uno splendido panorama sulle vigne di Greve in Chianti. Molto gentile la proprietaria, peccato non aver potuto visitare la cantina oltre alla barricaia.
Consiglio di schematizzare di più in base al tipo di esperienze e a quello che viene offerto di modo da migliorare molto la ricerca sul portale potendo applicare così vari filtri di conseguenza. Specificare nelle degustazioni se sono taglieroni da pasto o taglierini da assaggio, c’è una grande differenza se ci si può pranzare/cenare o meno! Includere almeno una bottiglia d’acqua nelle degustazioni… Ampliare il numero di strutture!

Siamo rimasti gradevolmente colpiti dal bellissimo ambiente e dalla vista dell'agriturismo.
Il personale è veramente molto gentile, molto disponibile e sorridente, e ci raccontava ogni vino che provavamo con grande passione e dedizione.

We had a lovely morning at Savignola Paoloma. The setting was amazing, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food and wine was incredible and was so fresh and organic. The chef came out after every meal to chat to us and ask if everything was okay, which was a lovely touch.

I will definitely come here again.

When we arrived at the estate, the owners had already prepared a seat for us. The estate was beautiful and the owners were very welcoming. We enjoyed 4 different wines accompanied with bruschetta, antipasti, and pasta. The owner gave us an extra portion of pasta with no additional cost. We also had a dessert for 3,5€ each, which was a homemade sorbet made of their wine. They introduced each wine and were very explanatory. Amazing experience, cannot recommend enough.

Ottima degustazione di vini e prodotti tipici in una terrazza dalla vista mozzafiato.

An amazing experience!

My friends are new in the wine-tasting work and this was the perfect first tasting. Firstly, the location was absolutely stunning and peaceful. Secondly, everyone was so kind and knowledgeable, made us feel so welcome. It was interesting to hear about the history of the winery as well as the process of making their wines. We had the opportunity to try four types of wine (which is good considering the cheaper price of this wine tasting) and they were all great. Our favourite being the Paulina, named after one of the original owners of the winery. The winery was smaller that others in the area but we all felt like that gave it a certain charm.
We would definitely consider doing the lunch and wine tasting if we’re ever in Tuscany again!

El sitio es muy bonito, con buenas vistas y el trato fue excelente. Degustamos 4 vinos y un aceite, muy buenos todos y Alessandra nos explico muy bien, en espanyol. Tambien estuvimos charlano un rato con el propietario sobre el cultivo de la viña y fue muy amable en contestar todo lo que le preguntamos. Repetiriamos sin duda.

The Savignola Paolina grounds are beautiful! This is a low-key, smaller winery that has a certain charm and is unintimidating for people like me who are not wine connoisseurs but want to participate in the experience, learn something about the wine culture in Italy, and enjoy a nice meal in a beautiful setting. If that is you too, then this is a great place to visit. The meal was beautiful, it was a full meal not just cheese and meats. While you were in between each course, a new wine was presented to us and the staff explained each kind and what made it special. The winery had just bottled its latest batch of rose and I bought a bottle - it didn't even have a label yet! Also, the staff did not rush us out, we were there for over 3 hours and we were urged to spend as much time as we liked on the grounds. This was also special because I have been to others and if they are busy wineries in particular, you can feel rushed in the experience.

My experience at Savignola Paolina was absolutely great! All of the staff was welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating with my diet so I could enjoy hors d'oeuvres to go along with the wines. I highly recommend that anyone visiting the area take a trip to Savignola Paolina.
