Gentilini is a very small winery producing around 90,000 bottles a year, organically grown and focused on local provenance. Great, engaging little tour and a lovely tasting of their small but varied range. Definitely recommended!

Well-presented food and nice wines! The baked aubergine is very tasty but the meat and cheese platter is quite small for the price you pay... expecting more of that, but poor. But the wines are great, everyone will find one for his taste ! Nice views as well !

Recommended if you want to visit an authentic winery. Far from the tourists traps you can find close to Fira, this winery offers guided tour and tasting. Their wine is really good and the staff is very knowledgeable about their products.

My fiancé and I decided on santorini for a chilled little trip. We chose the beautiful Vinohouses only a stones throw away from the winery. The owner Frank recommended the winery, not only for the wine tasting, but also the food. Unplanned and onbeknown to us, the wine was so interesting and very nice indeed, but the food was literally to die for. We're foodies from London and didn't expect too much, but it truly was Devine. We recommend the wine, the food and the Vinohouses thanks to this.

My Mom, fiance' and I drove out to Spout Springs to check out this winery as a potential wedding venue, and to, of course, taste the wine. First of all, let me say that the initial approach from the interstate can be a bit scary, as it gets down to a one land road and it can be STEEP! However, my sedan made it just fine, no 4 wheel drive needed. Also, the Google Maps GPS can lead you slightly astray, but just watch for signage and you'll be fine. And then, you see the winery at the top of the hill! And once you arrive...it was utterly breathtaking. We all started giggling in the car because it was so beautiful! Granted, it was a lovely summer day, but even the worst weather could not mar the beauty of this estate. We met Alice, who gave us a lovely informal tasting of 5 wines (Free), and we bought 3 bottles. The Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, and a lovely semi-dry Reisling. Great experience with this winery! We stopped by to buy a couple bottles of my wives favorite raspberry wine and were informed that they had just run out the day before. My wife was sad because we could have stopped earlier in the week but were always to busy to stop. We live 16 hours away and knew that we wouldn't be able to make it back when they bottled some more. Jessica was helping us and saw that my wife was upset and offered to sell us a bottle she had taken home for herself if we stopped in the next day. When we came in the next day she gave us the wine and a few extra goodies and didn't charge us for anything! It made our day. Not only do they have great tasting wine at a reasonable price, the way they took care of us shows that they having kind, thoughtful, and caring people that work there also. If you are in Gatlinburg make sure you stop in and give them a try!
